follow these steps:

1) First you have to open the excel

2) then click on page layout option there is an option name" PRINT TITLES" click on it. Now page setup icon will popup

3) click on the option "ROW TO REPEAT AT TOP" click it . and select the header you want to repeat in your file.

4) now click on OK.
